Clinic Supervisor RN Women's Health

**Valley View's Women's Health Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor! RN Required, OB/GYN experience preferred!** _**This is a full-time, day-shift position! **_ **GENERAL OBJECTIVES:** 1. Oversees the daily routine patient activities in the clinic; works closely with staff and physicians to assure patient flow, throughput, and other workflow processes proceed efficiently. 2. Assigns required work for clinical staff, daily. Assures assignments are completed and provides assistance when necessary. 3. Assures orientation processes for new staff members proceed according to predetermined plans; coordinates training programs, in-service education, and competency programs for the development of clinical staff. 4. Assists the Director with the staffing, maintenance, and supervision of the clinic. 5. Provides direct patient care as needed. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Education and Credentials: * Graduate of an approved and appropriately credentialed School of Nursing, (Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree Program). * Licensed RN in the State of Colorado. * BSN or Bachelors in appropriate discipline required. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association required.
