Deaconess Clinic: Clinical Compliance Manager - RN

**Job Overview:** The Clinical Compliance Manager assists to assure all Deaconess Clinic providers and clinical staff meet licensing and regulatory standards of Deaconess Health System. Coordinates and leads efforts to maintain and update Policies & Procedures for Deaconess Clinic. Works with all Deaconess Clinic personnel to identify process improvements to enhance patient, visitor, and/or staff experiences, and ensure patient safety. Leads and coordinates activities related to employee education, development and assurance of competency for Deaconess Clinic staff. Works directly to lead efforts to evaluate and improve processes within practices. **Qualifications:** * Bachelors degree in nursing * Ambulatory office experience Preferred * Project management and quality improvement experience Preferred * Minimum of five years' relevant experience of related clinical experience Required
