Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

Deaconess Specialty Physicians is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Trauma Physician to join our team in Evansville, IN. This position offers a guaranteed salary of **$850,000** for one year and a **$65,000 sign-on bonus**. **Primary Responsibilities:** **Trauma Surgery** * Provide dedicated orthopedic trauma coverage for the Central Market trauma program, including fulfillment of approximately 144 trauma service shifts annually in accordance with contractual expectations. * Establish and maintain an outpatient orthopedic trauma practice to support post-discharge follow-up, fracture care, and longitudinal management of patients treated through the trauma program. * Ensure timely inpatient management of orthopedic trauma patients through an appropriate combination of surgeon and advanced practice provider (APP) coverage.
