No problem.** We provide paid training, on-the-job learning, and opportunities for career growth, making this an excellent position for those beginning their healthcare journey or looking to expand their clinical experience. ### What You'll Do Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities include: * Assisting patients with daily personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changes * Supporting patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation * Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient observations * Recording important information in patient charts to support quality care * Providing compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families during challenging times Every shift offers opportunities to positively impact patients' lives while developing valuable healthcare skills. ### Why You'll Love This Unit Located on the 5th floor of the Gateway Campus, the **Cardiac Renal Unit (CRU)** is a 32-bed unit featuring all private patient rooms.
