Job Description

**Join Our Team** We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community. **What you will do** * Leads the Benefit Solutions Service Line strategy for onsite and near-site clinic models and supports other lines of business (Deaconess Clinic Wellness Solutions, Executive Physicals, DC LIVE, Deaconess Clinic COMP, and Deaconess Cross Pointe EAP). In the Kentucky Market * Leads efforts in collaboration with the Business Development sales team to promote the Benefit Solutions Service Line; including providing demonstrations on the functionality and reporting capabilities of the wellness portal platform. * Partners with the Deaconess Clinic at Work Medical Director to represent onsite and near-site services to prospective clients and the community. * Engages with the community to build relationships with local employers and brokers. * Provides presentations to the community and area businesses on the benefits of direct to employer health care services and the Benefit Solutions Service Line lines of business. * Prepares requests for proposals for all Benefit Solutions Service Line lines of business; meets with prospective clients and/or brokers to review proposals. * Participates in contract negotiations; works with legal counsel to finalize and execute contracts. * Encourages and develops innovative solutions for employers in order to maintain competitiveness. * Works with clients to understand their program objectives; collaborates with Deaconess Clinic at Work leadership and operations team to implement measures to deliver expected results. * Works with clients and Deaconess Clinic at Work leadership and operations team to ensure the delivery of high quality care while reducing costs for the client. * Leads bi-weekly sales team meetings; works with team to establish and deliver on sales goals. * Meets regularly with clients to review program results, discuss opportunities for improvement, and ensure stability of ongoing relationships. * Analyzes and interprets outcomes and performance data; works with Business Support Specialist to prepare reports and communicates such to leadership and clients on a regular basis. **Education Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in business or a health care related field Required * Master's degree level health care related degrees. Preferred **Skills and Abilities** * Above average communication skills, both written and verbal. High degree of organizational skills and ability to influence. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret references, technical procedures/protocols, or governmental regulations. * Ability to write reports and other forms of correspondence. * Ability to effectively present verbal and/or written information, and respond to questions. * Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages and proportions. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. * Must understand IT functions particularly as it relates to EMR applications used in Deaconess. **Licenses and Certifications** * Ambulatory clinical background preferred
