From complex medical conditions to high-acuity surgical recoveries, every shift brings meaningful challenges that demand critical thinking, confidence, and clinical excellence. This 13-bed ICU is designed to support both exceptional patient care and caregiver efficiency, featuring private rooms and a collaborative environment where nurses are trusted, respected, and empowered to make a difference.
