Participates in and initiates process improvements.Planning, organizing and supervising workflow to ensure maximum physician scheduling and monitors patient service representatives productivity to ensure standards are met.Ensuring internal standards, guidelines and procedures are in place to achieve/maintain high customer service and performance levels.  Ensures patient service representative team follows system protocols for data entry edits and corrections. Oversees the patient rescheduling process.Participating in talent life cycle management, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, orientation, mentoring, development, engagement, retention, performance management and time keeping.Overseeing the incoming and/or outgoing referral process and fills in when necessary.  Performs medical records and patient service representative duties when necessary.  Assists patient service representatives with customer contacts requiring supervisory interventions.What are the requirements for the job?High school diploma or GED Minimum 3 years experience in medical office setting.  Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Working knowledge of insurance plans and knowledge of medical terminology.  Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, with a strong service mentality.Our North Star: Here at NKC Health, we believe in care empowered.
