Physician Assistant - Weight Management

Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an energetic & compassionate Endocrinology and Weight Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established and heavily growing Diabetes & Endocrinology Team! In this 100%-based office position, the APRN or PA will closely work alongside our outpatient Metabolic Medicine and Weight Management physician to provide a broad spectrum of patient care, including evaluating & educating patients, reviewing labs, managing weight check-ins, symptoms, side effects, triaging patient phone calls, & overseeing medication management.
Primary Location:
Stamford Health Medical Group 292 Long Ridge Road Suite 206 Stamford, CT with once weekly rotation to Greenwich office.
Work Schedule:
Fulltime 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday 8a-5p; no weekends/holidays/call required
