MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for more than 2 clinical departments or programs with greater than 150 FTE's including Nurse Managers and Assistant Nurse Managers
- Responsible for Organizational and or Nursing strategic plan development and execution
- Responsible for developing, monitoring, and adherence to annual operations and capital budgets for multiple units or - departments
- Oversight and or Management of interdisciplinary projects and initiatives to meet strategic initiatives and goals
- Responsible for organizational clinical education and professional development across a number of disciplines and manages all clinical affiliations for Nursing
- Responsible for Patient experience, quality, regulatory and safety oversight over multiple departments

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE LICENSE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION):
- Registered Nurse with a Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare administration
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- CT RN License
- ANCC acknowledged Nurse executive certification - preferred
