DISC Support Coordinator | Casual | Night Shift

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Answer and route calls in a high imaging department and/or office.• Obtains and uploads outside imaging studies for comparison for radiologist.• Burn CDs, prints patients’ medical imaging records.• Connect and resolve outside images sent to the PACS system for providers.• Operates computer systems and office equipment in a safe manner.• Interacts with patient, family members, physicians, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.• Complies with Joint Commission regulations that are in place for critical results communication and/or other regulated results documentation.• 24/7 coverage required in an acute hospital setting which includes weekday, and weekend coverage; a backup list requirement is initiated for the emergent staffing needs within the department.•Performs other related duties as required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:• High school graduate or equivalent.• Two years related medical office experience.Work Schedule:Flexible 8hr night Shift Every other weekendHolidays as required#LI-NC1Hourly Pay Range: $18.19 - $26.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
