As a **Patient Care Technician (PCT)** , you'll work side-by-side with an RN and a collaborative care team to deliver hands-on support that directly impacts patient comfort, safety, and outcomes. You'll provide essential bedside care, assist with treatments and procedures, communicate important patient observations, and help ensure each patient receives safe, respectful, and age-appropriate care.
