As a Registered Nurse, you'll use strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and hands-on skills to assess, coordinate, and deliver patient care in a dynamic emergency setting. You'll supervise care delivery, collaborate with providers, and ensure patients and families receive clear education and support throughout their visit. This is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to think quickly and act confidently directly impacts patient outcomes. **What You 'll Do** * Provide direct nursing care to emergency and urgent care patients * Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs in a fast-paced setting * Coordinate and supervise patient care delivery across the team * Support physicians and providers during evaluations and treatments * Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and discharge instructions * Apply strong clinical judgment in both low- and high-acuity situations * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care **Required Qualifications** * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or compact state * Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department (ED) experience
