In coordination with the Support Staff Manager, supervises (hiring, coaching, evaluations, rounding, timekeeping etc.) the SRCs approximately 200+ Safety Techs/VST's. This position reports to the Support Staff Manager and works in close association with management on all levels, including Director's and Vice Presidents/CNE's, to ensure customer service and adherence to Lee Health goals/needs. Monitors performance and compliance to all Policies and Procedures and mandatory education and SRC requirements. Provides direction and mentoring to staff to enforce professional growth, streamline processes, and gain operational efficiencies. Supports the organizational vison and mission of Lee Health.RequirementsEducation:Associate degree or two years of formal education or training beyond high school. May accept 2 years of experience in lieu of education or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:2 years past supervisory experience preferred. Lee Health timekeeping experience preferred.Certification:N/ALicense:N/AUS:FL:Fort Myers
