IL Nurse Assistant Certified CNA - Med/Surg

In this role, you'll work closely with nurses and care teams to provide hands-on support and comfort to patients--making a real difference every day. ### What You'll Do * Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding * Take and record vital signs accurately * Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning * Support patient comfort and overall well-being * Observe and report changes in patient condition * Help maintain a clean, safe care environment * Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver quality care * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members ### Qualifications **Required** * Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * High School Diploma or equivalent
