Team Leader - Registered Nurse Medical (RN)

We're looking for a collaborative **Registered Nurse Team Leader** to oversee daily operations while supporting exceptional patient care in our Medical Unit. **What You'll Do:** * Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. * Coordinate patient care, supervise clinical activities, and promote evidence-based practice. * Mentor, educate, and engage staff while fostering a positive team culture. * Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce management, and staff development. * Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes. * Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, fiscal responsibility, and operational excellence. **Qualifications:** * Active Indiana RN license or Compact State RN license (required). * BSN required or willingness to obtain per organizational policy.
