Position Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse

Salary Range: $27.27 - $43.63 per hour based upon union contract

Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, coordinating
and directing individualized, nursing care to all patients based upon the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, under the collaborative efforts with a
Registered Nurse.

Job Requirements: Graduated of an approved Practical Nurse Program; Current WA State
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse; Experience in an emergency department or fast paced clinic
setting preferred; Military experience preferred; Current BLS (Basic Life Support); Advanced Cardiac
Life Support Class (ACLS) within 6 months of hire; PALS within one year of hire
