With integrity and accountability at our core, we commit to 'leading with love', embodying our dedication to quality care, education, and a steadfast respect for every individual's contribution to our mission.JOB SUMMARYLead Project Manager, PMO-MEQLeads, supervises, collaborates and mentors project teams in daily work activities within theHealth Care System Engineering PMO office; assists strategic capital program (SCP) Directorwith program assignments and monitors project resource allocation to achieve strategic systemgoals; coordinates, oversees, and/or collaborates on assigned projects (i.e. routine, strategic,Facilities Architectural and Engineering) ensuring compliance with Harris County PurchasingPolicies, Corporate Compliance, Information Security Guidelines, Infection Control RiskAssessment (ICRA) policies, codes/licensing, state, and other applicable Harris Health Systempolicies. Seventy percent of duties shall be the execution of assigned projects per departmentalrequirements; leads project management process through budgetary projections, funding,project initiation, programming, MEQ requirements identification and planning, design, fixture& Equipment (FF&E) selection, procurement, construction, MEQ device integration, activationand project closeout. Manage internal and external relationships through effective continuouscommunication and relationship building. Leads and participates in a collaborative teamenvironment to achieve best possible outcomes.
