Refund Specialist

Department: Clinic-PB Patient Fin Service

Shift: Day

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Summary:
Provides technical oversight and support to Supervisor and staff in assigned area. Processes and approves refunds and acts as a liaison between Patient Accounts and Accounting.

Other information:
• HS Diploma and/or equivalent.
• Billing and collections for a medical practice or physician including ICD-9 and CPT coding

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
