Summary:
The Senior Contract Management Analyst assumes the responsibility for Baptist Health's reimbursement integrity by conducting payment discrepancy analyses, initiating underpayment reviews, communication with payer relations, and monitoring payer performance. This person works closely with the Contract negotiation team to identify build needs within EPIC, communicate payor issues, and trend underpayments and denials. The Senior Contract analyst will work closely with his/her team to recover lost revenue and track and trend data; which will then be used to analyze payer performance. Regular communication with payer relations, BH leadership, and Contract negotiations team to improve revenue and payer performance.

Other information:
Bachelor Degree preferred or at least 7 years related experience in Patient Financial Services. Extensive knowledge of managed care payers and contracts required.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
