Supervisor Outpatient Clinical Laboratory

Position HighlightsDepartment: Lab AdministrationHours: 40 hours per weekPosition Summary The Laboratory Supervisor participates in complex technical activities associated with the operation of the Laboratory Department. They supervise day-to-day activities by planning, coordinating, and directing all testing activities. They ensure the completeness of work, proper staffing, appropriate employee training, and adherence to established Laboratory and Organization policies and procedures. The Supervisor is expected to provide excellent customer service and positive outcomes during conflict resolution.
Minimum QualificationsThree years of demonstrated ability to supervise and/or perform supervisory functions
