Practice Manager

Position HighlightsDepartment: Middlesex Health Southern New England Ear, Nose, and Throat (New Haven, Guilford, Cheshire, Middletown)Hours: 40 hours per weekShift: DaysPosition Summary The Practice Manager is an implementer and is accountable to the Middlesex Health Regional Operations Manager for the practice. Working with MMG Leadership, the Practice Manager has full responsibility, authority, and accountability for the medical practice's performance. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager include physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the responsible provider), budget, practice revenue cycle management, All-Provider meeting agenda and minutes, payroll administration, staff and provider scheduling, physical plant, operations, education and training, supply inventory, quality improvement, etc. Along with this authority comes the responsibility to collaborate with MMG Leadership to achieve the Medical Group's overall operational and strategic goals.
