Floor Technician Project Worker, Housekeeping - Evenings or Nights

This position requires knowledge and skills in the use of power equipment, conventional and high-speed floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, wet, dry and power vacuum equipment and push sweeper.# #Must have the ability to operate necessary equipment/machines.##Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, include hard surfaces and carpeting.##Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment; requesting assistance from plant operations and maintenance as needed.##Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists. The Project Worker also cross trains into the housekeeping department and is responsible for carrying out a variety of special projects for the Housekeeping Department. Ability to properly use all cleaning equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications as well as follow Six step cleaning process required. # High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
