Supply OR Core Tech

**Summary** The Supply/OR Core Technician performs a variety of duties in the Operating Room and Materials Management. Responsible for assisting the Operating Room Staff with general duties to enable the efficient turnover of OR suites. Maintains and stocks surgical equipment, pulls surgical cases and transports supplies and equipment between CRMC and the SCC by performing the following duties. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** These duties and responsibilities described below represent the general tasks performed on a daily basis; other tasks may be assigned. * Pulling and restocking supplies and instrumentation * Facilitate OR Room turnovers * Transportation of equipment, supplies and specimens as needed * Maintains cleanliness of surgical equipment and Sterile Core * Responsible for obtaining and proper storage of Medical Gas cylinders * Attend required hospital-wide orientations, meetings, and in-services * Demonstrate a commitment to flexible work scheduling when necessary to ensure patient care **Education and Experience** Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Not applicable Experience: Not applicable **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** There are no certifications/licensures required for this position.
