ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex (Medical).Responsibilities in the unit include admitting and managing multiple critically ill patients in collaboration with intensivists, fellows, and residents. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working in a high acuity, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. It is preferred that candidate have at least 1 year of critical care experience, but new graduates will be considered. Formal individualized onboarding and orientation will be provided.
