Radiologic Technologist - Day/FT - $5K Sign On Bonus

This position will work every 6th weekend and every third holiday.Shift:8a- 6:30p four days a week and 1 rotating comp day.Weekend Call (Every 6th Weekend) and (1-2 holidays per year as a 24hrs call shift)The successful candidate will be responsible for:Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipmentDeveloping and identifying radiographsPerforming clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing dutiesCovering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, FluoroAssisting with the training of radiology technology studentsUsing and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography SystemsOperating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and ZiehmBurn patient CD’sEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:3 years’ experience as a staff technologist.Completion of two-year program in Radiology Technology is required.An Associate’s degree is required; candidates are required to obtain their Associates of Science degree (can be substituted within a related field), within three (3) years of their start date as outlined in the Education Agreementrequired to be signed as a condition of employment.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:ARRT registeredDelaware State License ​Certification in CPR Christiana Care offers:Full Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits403 (b) with an employer matchGenerous Paid Time OffThis position pays a base pay between $32.77 and $45.06.This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
