Hospital Social Services Coordinator

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Social Services Coordinator for the Hospital Social Services Team. This is a newly created position that will support the Hospital Social Services Team as their direct supervisor. 

A typical day will include: 

Conducting rounding meetings with team members; addressing any issues or needs which may increase employees' effectiveness in performance of job duties and job satisfaction and retention
Completing and submitting accurate performance evaluations within prescribed timeframes
Mentoring and providing training opportunities to team members as needed
Creating and distributing staff schedules, and updating schedules to adjust for absences, staffing shortages, and increased or decreased workflows
Approving and submitting time cards, and monitoring team members' use of PTO hours to ensure compliance with CMH policies and guidelines

Job Requirements: This is a promotional opportunity open to current full-time employees who are members of the Hospital Social Services Team.  

This position is: Full-time, days, Mon - Fri
