Registered Nurse

Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse ( RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse to care for our residents in our Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the area: Stockton, Missouri  is home to Stockton State Park, which offers a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Stockton Lake is located a few minutes from our facility and is a popular destination for boating, water sports, and camping!

About the Facility: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is a 90 bed, skilled nursing facility in the beautiful lake town of Stockton, Missouri. We appreciate and respect our employees, or as we call them, “Lifeguards”.  Our goal is to be the first choice for both care and career by providing the safest, highest quality, and best experience for our residents and Lifeguard team.  A typical day includes: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The Registered Nurse is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. 

Developing relationships with our residents 
Facilitating resident admissions and discharges
Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

The position is Full-time, Days. 6A to 6P, every other weekend

Job Requirements: 

Education: Associate's degree or Bachelors degree
Skills: Patient care, communication skills
Experience: LTC experience is a plus!
License: RN
Physical: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
