Oncology Clinic Manager

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting for an Oncology Clinic Manager for our Clinic located in Bolivar, MO. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day will include: Overseeing daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and facility management.

Manages clinic staff, including hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluations
Collaborates with advanced practice providers (APRNs/PAs), nurses, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate care
Manages the clinic's budget, ensuring efficient billing and coding, and optimizing revenue cycle management
Ensures the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

This position is: Full-time, Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

Education: MBA or MHA degree preferred
Experience: 3-5 years prior experience as a clinic manager and prior clinical experience performing patient care duties required; prior experience in oncology strongly preferred
Skills: Leadership, organization, time management, and computer skills required
Licensure/Certification: N/A
