Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Oncology Pharmacist to lead the new Oncology Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri, BCOP certified with 3 years Oncology experience.  Bring your experience to the team to develop this new program.  Your leadership experience is welcome.  This is a great opportunity to build out a new program in an established and highly regarded Cancer Center where you will find great organizational support.
