Customer Service Representative

Overview

Directly responsible for checking in clinic patients, scheduling appointments, processing patients’ demographic, insurance, and financial information, and coordinating with physicians and their staff to provide efficient services to clinic patients. 
Qualifications

High school graduate; customer-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills; ability to multitask; ability to handle a busy, high–patient-volume environment.
