**Job Description:**

• Job Summary
◦ The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with a physician for assistance in clinical decision-making, case management and evaluation of performance. The Nurse Practitioner provides triage and treatment of acute, self-limited medical conditions using telemedicine technology, performing examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and prescribing drugs or other therapies via two-way video consultations with patients. The Nurse Practitioner may work remotely from a previously designated and agreed upon work setting.

▪ Must have access to a personal computer and reliable internet source in a private setting if working remotely

◦ Licensure/Certification/Registration
▪ Must have current MO RN license and needs to obtain NP credentials within 60 days of hire.
