Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking new graduate nurses to join our RN # Preceptee Program. This structured Nurse Residency Program supports a smooth transition from nursing school to professional practice. Under the guidance of experienced nurses and educators, the RN provides individualized, goal-directed patient care in alignment with nursing standards, policies, and procedures. This is a Full-Time Preceptee position. Upon successful completion of the precepteeship, you#ll transition into a Full-Time RN position. During the precepteeship, you will work a variable schedule between day and night shift#to support a well-rounded training experience.
