Supervisory duties are the responsibility of the Practice Manager. * Assist the Practice Manager in preparing and implementing process changes to remain in compliance with regulatory agencies. * Assist the Practice Manager with implementation of quality and performance improvement activities. * Assist the Practice Manager in determining staffing needs and assignments. * Assist the Practice Manager in identifying staff educational needs. * Work with department staff to facilitate problem solving. **What You Will Need** * Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program required. * Experience preferred but not required. **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** **Licenses** * Active LPN license in state of employment CPR provider certification required.
