Contributes to and supports the hospital's mission, strategic goals, and policies and procedures. Employee must be able to successfully complete job specific orientation, competencies, and meet/exceed standards as identified in the criteria-based performance appraisal. **Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:** * 2-3 years of leadership experience in Sterile Processing Department Preferred. * 2-3 year of experience in Hospital Sterile Processing Department Required. * HSPA and CRCST required. **Other Key Words:** Surgical Services/Sterile Processing **Campus:** Gateway **Shift:** Days **Hours:** 40 hours a week M-F
