Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) Night Shift – Inpatient Cardiology & Vascular Services Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute | Concord, New Hampshire Join New Hampshire's premier cardiovascular team. The Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide nighttime inpatient coverage for our growing Cardiology and Vascular Services programs. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative team of cardiologists, vascular specialists, hospitalists, and advanced practice providers in a dynamic acute-care environment. Position Highlights Dedicated night-shift inpatient role 12-hour shifts with a predictable schedule Competitive compensation with night differential Collaborative team-based care model State-of-the-art cardiovascular and vascular programs Strong physician and APP support Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship Full benefits package, including retirement contribution Responsibilities Provide overnight coverage for hospitalized cardiology and vascular patients Perform patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations Respond to urgent clinical issues and changes in patient condition Collaborate with attending physicians, hospitalists, nursing staff, and consulting services Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Document care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record Ideal Candidate APRN or PA with acute care, hospital medicine, cardiology, critical care, vascular surgery, emergency medicine, or related inpatient experience Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Comfortable managing complex cardiovascular and vascular patients in collaboration with physician teams Ability to work independently while functioning within a multidisciplinary care model Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care Qualifications For APRNs: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current APRN licensure or eligibility in New Hampshire Acute Care certification preferred For PAs: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification Current licensure or eligibility in New Hampshire Why Concord Hospital?
