Recognized by Becker's Healthcare as a top 150 place to work in healthcare for two consecutive years, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and thrive.  We are seeking an Electronic Imaging Technician to join our team and play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care.  ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Utilize excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients and other professionals.Greet, receive, and direct customers for various activities throughout the department.Respond to customer needs and communicate special needs to the appropriate technologist.Imaging and Clerical Duties:Operate imaging file room equipment and perform clerical functions.Access reports, images, and other patient data via EPIC, PACS, or other related software systems.Fulfill requests for images by utilizing PowerShare or copying exams to a CD.Utilize a CD burner to import images and send to PACS.Ensure necessary images are available for surgical procedures.Provide clinical information to requesting physicians/offices within HIPAA guidelines.
