You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team of experts dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. **About Our ICU** Our 5-bed Intensive Care Unit cares for a diverse mix of critically ill medical and surgical patients, as well as step-down individuals who require close monitoring and specialized support. We maintain a **1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio** to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Our ICU team is known for exceptional collaboration, a positive culture, and a strong commitment to supporting one another.
