We are seeking a F-T Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our critical care/pulmonary group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support for our patients. **Clinic Hours:** * **Day Shift:** 7am-7pm, 12-hour shifts **Responsibilities:** * Assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group * Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting **Qualifications:** * Licensure in the state of Illinois * Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant * Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required **Explore All Benefits** https://www.deaconess.com/For-You/Employees/Employee-Benefit-Resources/Documents **Bonus:** Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
