Evaluates patients and implements comprehensive treatment plans. Supervises physical therapy assistants in relation to clinical care. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. - Work across multiple venues and adapt work hours to support the department's mission and objectives. - Collaborate with hospital education programs to offer community education and support ongoing learning initiatives. - Lead and coordinate the clinical team, ensuring seamless care and effective teamwork. - Ensure billing and documentation are accurate, complete, and in compliance with standards. - Execute specific task requests promptly and efficiently. - Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on comfort and well-being. - Deliver timely and effective care to patients, optimizing efficiency and outcomes. Competencies Skills Essential: * Clear Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal * Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members * Able To Withstand Crisis Situations * Has Skills to Provides Customer Service to Patients, Team Members and Visitors * Knowledge And Experience with Electronic Health Records * Experience With Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Etc. Credentials Essential: * PT - Physical Therapist * BLS - Basic Life Saving certification Education Essential: * Bachelor of Science (BS) Preferred/desired: Master's degree or doctorate Entry USD $38.81/Hr. Max USD $60.16/Hr.
