### **Position Highlights:** * **Flexible Supplemental scheduling ** with **various day, evening, and night shifts** available. * Dedicated **Hospitalist service for admissions** and robust **subspecialty support** at each location. * **Integrated Epic EMR system** across all clinics and hospitals. ### **Compensation & Benefits:** * Competitive Hourly rate of $285 an hour. ### **Practice Details:** * **7 employed physicians** in the Emergency Medicine group. * **Primary location:** Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL. * **3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)** on staff. * **Shift Structure:** * **Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM)** staffed with **1 physician & 1 APP**. * **Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)** staffed with **1 nocturnist physician & 1 APP**. * **Average daily patient encounters:** **55.** * **Average daily admissions at Marion campus:** **11.** * **Referral base:** ED visits, direct admissions, and regional transfers. * **Subspecialty support:** Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Colorectal Surgery, and more.
