Physician - Sleep Medicine

Deaconess Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Sleep Physician to join our clinic in Evansville, IN. Join our experienced group comprised of four physicians and five nurse practitioners. **Four Separate Locations: *This position will primarily work out of the Midtown (Evansville) location** * **Schedule:** Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) * **Volume:** Physician will provide outpatient care, averaging 18-20 patients/day. * Candidates should be BC/BE by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. * **Call Coverage** Limited call for medical advice. * Fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for inpatient and outpatient. * Candidates will be required to obtain KY and IN medical licenses. * **Compensation** One year guarantee of $334,000 and eligible each year for a quality bonus. * **Benefits** Benefits of Deaconess Hospital include Medical & Dental insurance, Retirement contribution (401k with pretax and post-tax contribution limits and in plan conversion options) (457b), One week of CME + Professional Allowance, Vacation Time & Six Holidays, Disability Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, Moving Allowance and much more.
