Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Gateway MOB2 Cardiology Outpatient; CHF Clinic F-T 80 hrs./pay

Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at Gateway. This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. Typical working hours will either be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or the option of a four-day week with 10-hour shifts, with some variation possible as patient volume dictates. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant. This role is a valuable piece in the cardiology practice, providing hospital follow up care to patients in our CHF population. There is a strong support team with RN, MA and pharmacist that provide a holistic visit for our patients.
