# **.5 Trauma/.5 General Ortho Profile** ## (Outpatient/Inpatient) * Employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians, multispecialty group of 350+ providers. * Full-time position with $850,000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Sign-on bonus of $65,000. * **Henderson General Ortho (.5 FTE)** * Maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with 2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks. * **Trauma Surgery (.5 FTE)** * Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts annually, which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated in the contract. * Competitive productivity-based compensation after the second year. Our specialty doctors have easily exceeded their initial guarantee.
