Pediatric Pulmonologist

Sign-on bonus of $50K. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert consultation and care for children with pulmonary diseases, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic lung disease, and other respiratory disorders. * Conduct thorough evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests. * Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, therapy options, and ongoing patient education. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients with complex needs. * Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in pediatric pulmonology and integrate best practices into clinical care. * Educate and guide patients' families regarding care plans, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. * Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) activities. * Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research within the pediatric pulmonology department. Qualifications: * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. * Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology. * Valid state medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain). * Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric respiratory diseases, with experience in the management of chronic respiratory conditions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with children and their families. * Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients. * Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred, but newly trained fellows are encouraged to apply. * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: * Fellowship training in Pediatric Pulmonology. * Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and treatment modalities in pediatric pulmonology.
