As part of our dedicated care team, you'll provide safe, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills truly matter.** **Job Overview:** Provides direct patient care; demonstrates the knowledge, critical thinking and judgment of and integrates the use of evidence-based outcomes for Nursing practice; supervises care delivered; coordinates plan of care; provides education for patients, families and staff; and collaborates with other disciplines. Provides first and second assistance for the attending surgeon during indicated surgical procedures. **Education:** **Associate 's degree - Required** **Completion of a Certified Operating Room First Assistant Course ** **Work Experience: Minimum of three in a OR years relevant exp.** Licenses/Certification Details | Required/ Preferred ---|--- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois | Required Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification | Required Current AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS) Certification | Required AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification | Preferred CNOR Certification | Preferred **Compensation:** Hourly Range - $31.25-$46.88 **Incentives:** Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes.
