Family-centered care and a baby-friendly environment is provided to support the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the family. Day to day, you would be responsible for providing direct patient care. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment and integrates the use of evidenced-based outcomes for nursing practice.
