Financial Analyst II

This role provides decision support to departments and participates in capital needs assessments. **Essential Functions** * Prepare and analyze departmental budgets and forecasts; recommend adjustments. * Develop and maintain cost accounting models for service lines. * Create detailed proformas for capital projects and new initiatives. * Perform financial impact analyses for operational changes and strategic decisions. * Generate and present reports to department leaders and finance leadership. * Act as a resource for department managers on financial performance and budgeting. **Requirements:** Education * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Required * Master's degree Preferred Work Experience * Minimum of two years' relevant experience in financial analysis (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
