Job Description

Join Community   Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.    Make a Difference   The Sourcing Administrator is responsible for supporting the contracting and sourcing functions within Supply Chain’s Strategic Sourcing team. Areas of focus include overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring that all contract terms, pricing, and item attributes are accurately reflected across software systems and aligned with supplier information. This role works closely with various Supply Chain teams, including Value Analysis, Purchasing, Operations, and MMIS.    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications   Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.    Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related field preferred.  Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare, supply chain, or a related field required.  Knowledge of contract management, analytics, and customer service strongly preferred.  Familiarity with Supply Chain business systems and tools.  Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.  This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to work on-site once-to-twice per week.
