Make a Difference The Compliance Analyst maintains an ongoing working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations related to certified electronic health information incentive programs. This role supports regulatory compliance through reporting, documentation, audit preparation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Indiana Department of Health. The Compliance Analyst contributes to the annual department work plan and supports Epic regulatory build, reporting, and attestation activities. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills are essential. Obtain required Epic Certifications within eight months of hire, including: EpicCare Ambulatory or EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation Cogito Cogito Tools Administration Obtain Epic Regulatory Reporting Badges within two months of completing Epic Certifications, including: Objective Measures Badge Quality Measures for Eligible Clinicians Quality Measures for Eligible Hospitals Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Bachelor’s Degree required with a focus in clinical, business, or information technology. In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare (clinical or operations) or information systems. Experience with EHR Incentive Programs and regulatory requirements preferred. Experience working with Epic EHR is strongly preferred. This position will allow flexibility to work remotely. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
