Make a Difference Community Health Network is seeking an analyst to join our team supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role is a part of the information technology team assisting our business partners in supporting our many Caregivers as it relates to our UKG solution in time keeping, scheduling and payroll. Our teams are an integral part in helping the business leverage their technology assets and derive value from our solutions in analytics, technical innovations, and process improvement. Ideally, candidates must have a functional understanding of scheduling workflows and configuration experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar UKG suites such as Kronos Workforce Management. Our solution environment includes UKG modules in: Attendance Attestation Advanced scheduling EZCall for Provider Scheduling Mobile Time Keeping Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree is required. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 2 or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience. Preferred experience in one or both of the following areas: Experience in various business processes and applications. Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues. Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities. Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and standards. Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
